All educational products, courses, study notes, diagram sheets, and mentorship sessions sold on sanaupsc.com are delivered in 100% digital format only (via PDF electronic downloads and private Telegram groups). No physical products, paper copies, or parcels are shipped whatsoever.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from sanaupsc.com ("Sana Education", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of this website and our services immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided through Sana Education—including but not limited to the MAINS PRÉPA course content, DIAGRAM ÉCLAT frameworks, SCRIPTUM modules, handmade notes, diagram practice sheets, diagrams, logos, and graphics—are the exclusive intellectual property of Sana Education.
Single User License: When you purchase our notes or enroll in our courses, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license strictly for your own UPSC preparation.
Sharing, copying, redistributing, reselling, or uploading our materials to unauthorized Telegram channels, Google Drive folders, or commercial forums is strictly prohibited and constitutes a copyright violation punishable under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
3. Course Delivery & Telegram Community Guidelines
Enrolled students in the MAINS PRÉPA course will be added to a dedicated private Telegram channel and discussion group. Members are expected to maintain professional etiquette and mutual respect at all times. Spamming, harassment, abusive language, or circulating promotional links will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All prices displayed on sanaupsc.com are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store or process your debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers. The final price shown at checkout is comprehensive—no hidden GST or extra charges are levied.
5. No-Refund Policy
As reiterated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, all digital transactions are non-refundable. Please ensure that you have reviewed course details, sample images, and specifications prior to completing payment.
6. Limitation of Liability & Educational Disclaimer
Sana Education is an independent educational training provider and is not affiliated with the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or the Government of India. While our resources are designed with the highest pedagogical standards to maximize exam performance, we do not guarantee exam selection or specific rank outcomes.
